摘要
近年来大量民营资本进入浙江省小水电建设市场,小水电建设有力地促进了浙江省经济的发展,缓解了 供电紧张局面。民间资本进入水电行业既有积极的一面,也存在一定的问题。小水电工程建成后的运行 对引水口下游脱水段生态及环境的影响就是一个敏感问题。依据大量实地调查资料,通过 T ennant法分 析不同生态及环境用水量对水电站发电效益的影响,并对效益损失量进行了估算和分析。
Recently small hydropower development by introducing private capital into the market boosts the economy in the Zhejiang province and alleviates its power shortage. However the entering of private capital into hydropower market has both positive and negative effects. Its impacts to the ecosystem or environment in the dehydration section of the lower reaches and becomes a very sensitive issue during the operation of small hydropower stations. Large amount of information obtained from on-site investigations, conduct profit and loss analysis on how dofferent water quantity in environment influence the profit of power generation by using Tennant methodology.
