Logical construction and effective analysis of authority restriction

对权力进行监督的过程 ,在逻辑上分为三个环节 ,即监督信息的获取和传送、监督主体向被监督对象提出监督建议和监督制裁。权力监督是从“监督信息”的获取开始 ,以“监督建议”为核心 ,以“监督制裁”收尾 ;权力监督的实质内容 ,就是获取监督信息 ,提出监督建议 ,进行监督制裁。

There are three links about the process of authority restriction in logic. They are the acquirement and transmission of supervisory information, the supervisory proposition from the main department of supervision and sanction for supervised department. Authority restriction begins with the acquirement of supervisory information, with the supervisory proposition at the core, and ends with sup ervisory sanction. The essence of authority restriction is the acquirement of su pervisory information, proposing supervisory suggestion and carrying out supervi sory sanction.
