摘要
随着外语教学改革的不断深入 ,中国高校的双语教学问题已日益得到人们的普遍关注。通过一项问卷调查揭示了高校双语教学存在的许多问题 ,尤其是师资的问题 ,并分析高校双语师资的现状 ,提出解决双语师资问题的对策 ,以便培养出具有国际竞争力的复合型人才。
Bilingual teaching in Chinese universities, with the further developme nt of foreign language teaching and research, has now become a public concern. Y et many problems remain unsolved, among which bilingual teacher training require s special attention. This paper researches into the status quo of bilingual teac hers in China, based on an analysis of their qualifications, and intends to offe r some solutions to the existing problems in the hope of cultivating more qualif ied bilingual teachers and competent graduates in cross-cultural communication.
