摘要
本文报道了常山胡柚果实在贮藏期间,果实质量、可食部分所占比例以及果肉中总酸、总糖、还原糖、可溶性固形物、维生素C、水分和灰分等含量的变化规律。
Variation characteristics concerning fruit weight,proportion ofedible part and contents of total acid,total sugar , reducing sugar, sulublesolid,Vc,water and ash within the fruit flesh during the storage of Citruschangshan-huyou fruit are described in this article.
