摘要
近几年,浙江省国有森工企业发展很快,但规模小,设备老化,产品结构不合理,经营机制不灵活,管理水平低,经济效益不好。社会主义市场经济体制的确立,标志着国有森工企业已进入了一个历史性转折时期。国有森工企业必须抓住机遇,转换经营机制,调整产品结构,实行规模经营,促进科技进步,建立原材料基地,加强对森林资源的开发利用,不断提高企业的管理水平和经济效益,以增强企业的竞争能力,在竞争中壮大和发展自己。
Zhejiang’s state-owned forest industrial enterprises are forgingrapidly ahead.There are, however,some problems such as small businessin scale, obsolete equipment,single product structure ,lower level in man-agement,and inefficient.With the establishment of China’s socialist marketeconomy, the forest induStrial enterprises have entered into a historial turn-ing period,During the period,the enterprises should seize the favourablecircumstances,transform the operational mechanism, adjust the productstructure, improve the management and administration, set up the bases ofraw materials, promote the technical innovation, strettgth the developmentand utilization of forest resources, raise the economic benefit , in order tostrength the competitive ability of enterprises and go from strength tostrength themselves in competition.
