感染旋毛虫大鼠免疫功能的动态观察 被引量:5

摘要  目的 观察感染旋毛虫大鼠免疫功能的动态变化。 方法 采用免疫组化的方法分别检测感染旋毛虫后 7、14、21、28、35、60 d大鼠外周血CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞的百分率,并同时用酶联免疫吸附试验测定IgE水平。 结果 实验组较对照组CD4+T细胞减少, CD8+T细胞增多,CD4+/CD8+比值下降(P<0.01),以感染后第14 d最明显,直到感染后60 d仍未见恢复;大鼠外周血中IgE水平在感染旋毛虫后7 d增加,21 d达到高峰。 结论 感染旋毛虫的大鼠出现免疫抑制现象,感染急性期的免疫抑制程度最高,感染大鼠的免疫抑制主要发生在成虫产新生蚴及新生蚴移行期。IgE是大鼠旋毛虫感染急性期重要的抗体。 Objective To observe the dynamic changes of immunological function in the rat infected with Trichinella spiralis . Methods The serum level of IgE was determined by ELISA, the percentage of CD4 + and CD8 + T cells were examined by immunohistochemistry on 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 60 days after rat infected with T. spiralis . Results In experimental group, CD4 + T cell decreased, meanwhile CD8 + T Cell increased, the ratio of CD4 + /CD8 + cells also decreased ( P <0.01), which was the obvious on the l4th days comparing with control group and was still lower than that of control groups on the 60th day after infected. After infected with T. spiralis , the serum level of IgE in rat increased on 7 days, and reached its peak on the 21th day. Conclusion The immune function of rat infected with T. spiralis was inhibited, and the degree of immune inhibition was the highest in the phase of trichina larva migrant and give birth to newborn larva . IgE is important antibody in acute phase in the rat infected with T. spiralis .
