摘要
调查研究了马尾松、黑松、黄松的形态、解剖及叶绿素含量差异。发现黄松的针叶最长;针叶每厘米长鲜重及枝条顶芽色泽接近马尾松,针叶横断面长宽比接近黑松;针叶硬度介于两松之间。黄松针叶黄绿色,其叶绿素总量、叶绿素A及B均明显低于马尾松或黑松。黄松针叶树脂道数超过马尾松或黑松,叶内2个维管束的排列方式,针叶树脂道中生性及气孔带数目均与黑松相似,针叶色泽与黑松×马尾松的人工杂种(日本的和华松)相似。由于上述特征,黄松为杂种的可能性是存在的。
Investigation and research on difference of morphology,anatomy and chlorophyllcontent among Pinus massoniana, P. thunbergii and 'Yellow Pine''showed that the needles ofYellow pine are the longest among the three species; the flesh weight/cm of the needle and thecolour of the twig bud of Yellow pine are close to the features of P. massoniana,but the length/width ratio of the needle is close to P. thunbergii; the needle colour of Yellow pine is yellowgreen and its total content of chlorophyll and chloro. A&B are obviously lower than that of theother two; its resin canal in a needle is more than that of P. massoniana or P. thunbergii, butits arrangement of two vascular bundles,resin canal location in the middle of the mesophyll andnumber of stomatic band are the same as P. thunbergii; colour of the needle of Yellow pine isclose to that of the artificial hybrid of P. thunbergii ×P. massoniana. Because of the abovecharacters, Yellow pine probable is a hybrid.
