Expression of gIypican-3 mRNA in hepatocellular carcinoma and its significance

摘要 Glypican-3(GPC3)在肝细胞癌(肝癌)中过表达,而在成人正常组织、癌旁组织、肝炎、肝硬化组织中仅低表达或不表达[1].GPC3 mRNA在小肝癌检出率明显比甲胎蛋白(AFP)mRNA 和血清中的AFP高[2].以上研究是用northern blot、原位分子杂交等技术检测GPC3 mRNA,本研究用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测肝癌及癌旁组织中GPC3 mRNA的表达情况,探讨GPC3在肝癌发生发展中的作用.
