摘要
聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯是一种热塑性聚酯材料,文中研究 2,6 萘二甲酸二甲酯与乙二醇酯交换反应,筛选出适宜的反应催化剂、N2 流量,采用正交实验,确定了 NDC与 EG酯交换反应较优的工艺条件:反应温度为210 ℃,EG/NDC摩尔比为2.8,催化剂用量为8×10-4 mol /(mol NDC)左右,反应时间为240 min。
Polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) is a thermoplastic polyester material. Transesterification reaction of dimethyl-2, 6-naphthalene dicarboxylate (NDC) with ethylene glycol (EG) has been (studied) and reported in this paper. Reaction catalyst and N_2 flow rate were chosen .By orthogonal (experimentation),the optimum transesterification reaction conditions of NDC with EG were obtained as follows: reaction temperature 210 ℃;mole ratio of EG/NDC 2.8;catalyst concentration 8×10^(-4 )(mol / (mol) NDC) and reaction time 240 min.
