非小细胞肺癌组织中HIF-1α的表达及其意义 被引量:3

Expression and Significance of HIF-1α in Non Small Cell Lung Cancer Tissues

摘要 目的探讨缺氧诱导因子(hypoxiainduciblefactor-1,HIF-1)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中的表达及与肿瘤生物学特征的关系。方法免疫组化法检测NSCLC组织HIF-1α的表达。结果NSCLC组织中HIF-1α阳性表达率为71.11%,显著高于正常肺组织(P<0.005);HIF-1α的表达与淋巴结转移及临床分期相关,有淋巴结转移组HIF-1α阳性表达率为88%,无淋巴结转移组HIF-1α阳性表达率为50%,两者差异具有显著性(P<0.01),临床分期中Ⅰ-Ⅱ期HIF-1α阳性表达率为56.0%,Ⅲ-Ⅳ期HIF-1α阳性表达率为90.0%,两者差异具有显著性(P<0.05);HIF-1α的表达与肿瘤的大小、肿瘤的分化程度及病理组织类型无明显关系(P>0.05)。结论HIF-1α的增强表达与非小细胞肺癌的浸润性发展有密切关系。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the HIF-1α expression and tumor biological characteristics in non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods The expression of HIF-1α in NSCLC tissues was evaluated by immunohistochemical method. Results The positive rate of HIF-1α expression in NSCLC was 71.11%, and significantly higher than that in normal lung tissues(P<0.005). There was a significant correlation between HIF-1α expression and tumor lymph node metastasis, and TNM stages, but no significant correlation was found between HIF-1α expression and tumor size, pathological grade, and tumor pathological type. Conclusion The results suggested that the expression of HIF-1α correlates closely with the metastasis and invasion of NSCLC.
