妊娠期糖尿病筛查指标的探讨 被引量:2

摘要 本文探讨空腹血糖(FBS)、50g葡萄糖负荷试验(GCT)与妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)诊断的关系。结果表明,GCT以血糖≥8.3mmol/L为切点,可大大减少OGTT的检测人群,便于临床推广。由于糖代谢异常患者FBS与GCT结果不甚一致,在行GCT前应常规检测FBS,对GCT介于7.8~8.3mmol/L之间,而FBS≥5.0mmol/L者,加行OGTT,可将漏诊率控制在10%以内。
