摘要
随着高校改革的深化和市场经济的发展,高师毕业生必将在人才市场上竞争、求职。传统的教育实习考核方法已越来越不适应形势的发展,必须尽快地作出相应的改革。文章以地理教育专业为例,根据地理教学的特点,分10个方面,44个内容,配置了相应的分数和评分标准。对实习主的实习成绩作出客观、公正和定量的评价,具有较强的操作性和较高的可信度,对促进高师教学、提高教师业务水平具有深远的意义。
As reforms in Universities are being carried out and market economy is being under develop-ment,there is a competition between graduates from teachers'universities in their application forjobs on the talent market.The traditional scoring ways of teaching practice can not meet the newchallenge. That's why a ralated reform is needed. According to the features of geography teach-ing. This article suggests ten different aspects,subdivided into forty-four contents with corre-spotiding scores and standards. The items can be easily applied to give every student an ohjective,impartial and quantitative score on their teaching practice. So it can to improve the level of teach-ing in teachers'universities.
