晚期、复发性喉癌合并糖尿病患者围手术期的护理

Nursing during the peri-operation period for the cases with reoccurred late laryngeal carcinoma accompanied with diabetes mellitus

目的 总结我科晚期、复发性喉癌合并糖尿病患者的围手术期的护理经验。方法分析21例患者心 身两方面存在的问题,制定相应的护理计划和相关健康教育的措施。结果本组21例患者经过精心护理和治疗,少 数发生并发症,及时发现和治疗后均顺利出院。结论 为保证晚期、复发性喉癌合并糖尿病(DM)患者手术的成功, 术前充分的准备,术后细心观察是手术成功的关键。

Objective To summarize the experience in the nursing of cases with reoccurred late laryngeal carcinoma accompanied with diabetes mellitus during the peri-operation period. Methods 21 cases with reoccurred late laryngeal carcinoma accompanied with diabetes mellitus were included in this study. The nursing program,including health education for them,during the peri-operation period was designed based on an analysis on their physical and psychological status. Results Among these cases, a majority of them were go away the Hospital with successful therapeutic outcome following devoted nursing and appropriate treatment, few were found with complications during this period and were recovered with treatment in time. Conclusions For this kind of cases, the key procedures during the peri-operation period of nursing include ample preoperative preparations and careful postoperative observation on them in order to do successful surgical treatment.
