卤虫生物包囊在水产动物疾病防治中的研究现状及展望 被引量:2

摘要 在水产养殖中,“生物包囊”就是指以饵料生物作为载体包裹营养物质或药物,鱼虾通过摄食这种饵料生物达到营养强化、防治疾病等目的。本文以卤虫为代表,介绍了国内外利用生物包囊防治水产动物疾病方面的研究现状:包囊的优点、强化研究、药代学分析、防治效果等。并对研究中存在的问题和今后的研究方向进行了分析探讨。 In aquaculture,the brine shrimp ( Artemia ) and other live food are fed with nutrients and drugs first,and then,as biocapsule,are fed to fish and prawn.In this way,we can achieve the aim of enhancing the dietary value of the brine shrimp and of prevention and treatment of diseases.Taking the brine shrimp as a representative,we introduce the current situations on biocapsule used in prevention and treatment of diseases of aquatic animals at home and abroad,such as the advantages of biocapsule,reseach of enrichment,analysis of pharmacokinetics,effect of biocapsule in prevention and treatment of diseases and so on.We also analyse and discuss some problems in the present research and the prospect in future.
