彩超对宫内早孕和异位妊娠子宫内膜改变的观察及其临床意义

Ultrasonography of endometrium in early uterogestation and ectopic pregnancy

目的 彩超对宫内早孕子宫内膜改变和子宫动脉血流测值与异位妊娠进行比较。方法 回顾分析46例宫内早孕和2 4例异位妊娠超声诊断。结果 宫内早孕和异位妊娠子宫内膜改变区别较大。结论 通过观察子宫内膜改变有助于诊断宫内早孕或异位妊娠。

Objective To compare the uterogestation of endametrium alteration and uterine arteria blood flow with ectopic pregnancy using color Doppler ultrasonography.Methods All images of 46 patients with uterogestations and 23 patient images with ectopic pregnancy were reviewed and analyzed. The diagnosis was confirmed by operation and pathology.Results There were endometrial differences between the uterogestation and ectopic pregnancy.Conclusion Endometrial ultrasonography helps in differentiation of uterogestation and ectopic pregnancy.
