摘要
研究水平连续铸造方式下高磷含硼铸铁中磷共晶和硼化物的分布特点,并进行超耐磨性试验,对磨损试验后材料的微观形貌进行试验验证分析.结果表明:在水平连铸条件下,当磷含量提高到0.4%~0.6%,同时加入适量的硼元素后,在共晶团边界形成断续网状分布的磷共晶及高硬度的硼碳化合物,使高磷含硼活塞材料的耐磨性有明显的提高.
Study metallographic structure of phosphor eutectic and boride in continuous cast iron. The microstructure of piston has been analyzed and proved after wear test. It shows that: under the condition of continuous casting, increasing the content of phosphorus to 0.4%-0.6%, and as at that adding to Boron, it would form staccato meshy phosphorus eutectic and boron-carbon carbide at the edge of eutectic cell, which will improve wear resistance of high phosphorus boron cast iron of rolling piston.
