摘要
实验研究了C2H2F4 混合气体对镁及镁合金在熔炼过程中的保护效果,并对其保护机理进行了探讨。结果表明:含0.3%体积浓度的C2H2F4 保护气体可以较好地起到保护作用;气体浓度越高,温度越低,保护效果越好;C2H2F4 混合气体与镁熔液反应生成了一层致密的MgO与MgF2 复合保护膜,起到了保护作用。
The protective effects of C2H2F4 mixed gases in melting process of magnesium and magnesium alloys have been researched experimentally for the first time. And the mechanisms of protection have been analyzed. The results show that the protective atmosphere of air containing 0.3% C2H2F4 acts fairly protective effect. The thicker the C2H2F4 concentration and the lower the temperature, the better the protection effect. The C2H2F4 mixed gases react with the magnesium melt and form a compact protective film made up of MgO and MgF2 on the melt surface which acts the protective effect.
