摘要
研究Al Ti C中间合金对Al Mg Si系铝合金的组织及性能的影响,并从理论上分析了Al Ti C的作用机理。结果表明,Al Ti C中间合金对Al Mg Si系合金铸态组织具有强烈的细化作用,同时对其导电性能、耐腐蚀性能及抗拉强度也有一定改善。
It studies the effect of Al-Ti-C on microstructure and property of Al-Mg-Si aluminum alloy, and analyses the effect mechanism of Al-Ti-C from the theory. The results indicate that the Al-Ti-C has the strong refinement on casting microstructure, and influences the electric conductivity, the corrosion resistance property and the tensile strength as well. At last, the results of experiment are analysed and summarized necessarily.
