摘要 目的进一步探讨颜面粟粒性狼疮(LMF)的发病机理。方法采用免疫组化SP法对32例LMF患者皮损中CD20,CD45RA和溶菌酶进行检测。结果CD20,CD45RA和溶菌酶在颜面粟粒性狼疮中的表达明显高于正常对照组。结论在本病的发生发展中,T细胞介导的细胞免疫占有主导地位;B细胞可能仅作为抗原递呈细胞参与了本病的发病过程;溶菌酶亦起着主要作用。 Objective To research the pathogenesis of lupus miliaris faciei further. Methods The detection of CD20,CD45RA and LZM in 32 patients’ lesions were studied by histostain-SP method in immunohistochemistry.Results The detection of CD20,CD45RA and LZM in LMF were higher than that of normal tissues of faciei.Conclusion In the occurrence and development of this disease,T cell mediated cytoimmunity play a main role;B cell may participate in the pathogenetic progresss merely as antigen submission cells;LZM is also an important factor.
