牛带绦虫囊尾蚴头节翻出的实验观察

OBSERVATION ON EVAGINATION OF SCOLEX IN CYSTICERCI OF TAENIA SAGINATA

目的 观察在不同浓度猪胆汁、生理盐水中牛带绦虫囊尾蚴头节翻出情况。方法 用牛带绦虫虫卵感染乳牛66d后剖检收集的囊尾蚴,分别放入不同浓度的胆汁、生理盐水中, 37℃恒温箱培养,计算头节翻出率。结果 在 100%和 50%胆汁中于 10min和 20min头节翻出率为 100%,而在浓度为 25%、12%、6%胆汁、生理盐水中30min,头节翻出率分别是 100%、70%、50%和 10%。结论 在不同浓度胆汁、生理盐水中头节翻出率各不相同,最快 1min,且随时间增加,头节翻出率越高。

Observed evagination of cysticerci of Taenia saginata in the different percentage of pig's bile、normal saline. Cysticerci collected from bull after 66d infected orally with Taenia saginata eggs. Putted cysticerci in different percentage of bile、normal saline in the temperature (37℃), Counted the percentage of evagination. Results indicated there was different percentage of evagination in different percentage of bile、normal saline. The shortest time for evagination was 1 min. Moreover, the percentage of evagination was gradually increased with the time required. The same percentage (100%) of evagination was obtained in cysticerci treated with pig's bile and 50% bile/saline solution at 37℃ within 10min and 20min. But in 25%,12%,6% different percentage of bile/saline, normal saline within 30min, observed the percentage of evagination were 100%、70%、50% and 10% respectively.
