清脑宣窍方有效部位的化学成分研究(Ⅰ)

Study on chemical component of effective fraction of Qingnaoxuanqiao Formula (I)

目的对清脑宣窍方中有效部位化学成分进行系统研究。方法大孔树脂、聚酰胺、硅胶等层析方法分离,波谱法鉴定结构。结果从清脑宣窍方有效部位中分离得到9个化合物,分别为:①熊果酸,②人参皂苷Rg1,③人参皂苷Rh1(R),④人参皂苷Rh1(S),⑤人参皂苷Re,⑥人参皂苷Rb1,⑦栀子苷,⑧三七皂苷R1,⑨Genipin1Oβgentiobioside。结论以上9个化合物均为首次从复方清脑宣窍方中分离得到的已知化合物。

Objective To study the chemical component of the effective fraction of Qingnaoxuanqiao Formula. Method The chromatography with macroporous resin, polyamide and silica gel and the spectrum were used to isolate and identify the component and structure of Qingnaoxuanqiao Formula. Result Nine compounds were isolated and identified from Qingnaoxuanqiao Formula as (1) ursolic acid (2) ginsenoside-Rg_1, (3) ginsenoside-Rh_1 (R), (4) ginsenoside-Rh_1 (S), (5) ginsenoside-Re, (6) ginsenoside-Rb_1, (7) geniposide, (8) notoginsenoside-R_1, (9) Genipin-1-O-β-gentiobioside. Conclusion All of above compounds were isolated from the effective fraction of Qingnaoxuanqiao Formula for the first time.
