摘要
目的 探讨银杏叶提取物(EGB)对亚硝酸钠(NaNO2 )小鼠记忆的影响。方法 采用跳台实验观察EGB对跳台潜伏期(SDL)和跳台错误次数的影响;应用毛细管微量热沉法和毛细管微量法分别检测血液指标纤维蛋白原(Fib)含量和红细胞压积(HCT)数值。结果 EGB25、50、100mg/kg可明显延长SDL,EGB50、100mg/kg组小鼠跳台错误次数明显减少。EGB25、50、100mg/kg均可明显恢复降低的Fib含量;EGB50mg/kg可明显升高NaNO2 小鼠的HCT数值。结论 EGB对NaNO2 造成的小鼠记忆障碍有明显的改善作用,其机制可能与改善血液流变状态有关。
Objective To study the effect of extracts of ginkgo biloba leaves(EGB) on memory in sodium nitrite(NaNO 2) treated mice. Methods Step-down test was used to detect the effect of EGB on step down latency(SDL) and error numbers. Hemotocrit (HCT) and fibrinogen (Fib) were determinded by capillary micromethod and capillary heat microprecipitation method in NaNO 2 mice. Results EGB 25,50,100 mg/kg effectively elongated the SDL. EGB 50,100 mg/kg remarkably decreased the step down error numbers. EGB 25,50,100 mg/kg could markedly restore the Fib content and EGB 50 mg/kg could also increase the HCT of plasma in NaNO 2 mice. Conclusion These data suggest EGB ameliorated the impaired memory in NaNO 2 mice and could obviously improve the blood circulation.
