Pharmacological interactions between the enantiomers may happen when a chiral drug was used as its racemate. The pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic interactions between the enantiomers of chiral drugs, and their effects on the stereoselectivity in pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of chiral drugs were reviewed in this paper.
