TurbofloTM是Danieli公司高效、优质带钢加工的独创技术(Danieli专利),速度达400 m/min。除了具有优质酸洗效果外,Turboflo(tm)还具有设备利用率高、维修计划减少、环境影响小的特点。介绍了该项技术,并且已经安全、令人满意地安装在CORUS Ijmuiden厂的连续酸洗线和Bregal 2酸洗镀锌综合生产线上,并且取得了极好的效果。中国唐山钢铁公司将安装两条Danieli TurbofloTM酸洗线。

Turboflo TM is Danieli original technology (Danieli patent) for efficient and quality strip processing at speeds up to 400 m/min.In addition to high-quality pickling results,Turboflo offers high plant availability,reduced maintenance programmes and low environmental impact.This paper describes the technology,and its safe and satisfactory installation onto the continuous pickling line at Corus Ijmuiden works and the combined pickling and galvanizing line Bregal 2,and the excellent results achieved.Two additional Danieli Turboflo pickling lines will be installed at Tangshan lron and Steel in China.
