复脉饮对缺血大鼠视网膜形态学及血清超氧化物歧化酶活性和一氧化氮水平的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究复脉饮(FMD)对实验性缺血大鼠视网膜的形态结构及其血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响。方法:用高眼压法制作Wistar大鼠视网膜缺血模型。分别以FMD、复明片(FMT)和生理盐水(SAL)于建模后喂饲3周。比色法测定各组大鼠SOD活性,硝酸还原酶法测定NO水平。光镜、电镜观察各组大鼠视网膜的结构。结果:经FMD治疗后,缺血大鼠血清SOD水平升高而NO水平降低,与SAL组有显著差异;其视网膜的分层、厚度、显微和亚微结构等明显优于SAL组,也优于FMT组。结论:FMD可能参与了抗氧化,参与了视神经细胞间信号转导通路的修复以及神经递质和调质的平衡,能有效治疗大鼠视网膜缺血性损害。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Fumai Decoction (FMD) on the rat retina morphology and the level of plasma SOD and NO in Wistar rat with experimental ischemic retinopathy. Methods:Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: FMD group, Fuming Tablet (FMT) group and normal saline (SAL) group. The rats were fed with FMD, FMT or SAL for 3 weeks after ischemia injury was induced by increasing intraocular pressure of rats eyes. The microstructure and ultrastructure of the retina were observed with light microscope and electron microscope. The activities of SOD and NO were also detected. Results: The delamination, thickness and morphology of ischemic retina in FMD and FMT treated groups were much better than that in the control group, especially the group fed with FMD. The serum levels of SOD increased and NO decreased with significant differences compared with those of SAL group. Conclusion:FMD may play a role in antioxidization, the restoration of the signal transmission pathway between optic cells and the balance between neurotransmitter and neuromodulator. It has therapeutic effects on ischemic injury of retina in rats.
