摘要 目的:研究淋巴细胞在黏膜上皮中运动的过程。方法:电镜和组织学观察猪、山羊、马和兔小肠、气管和子宫等黏膜上皮内淋巴细胞(IEL)。结果:黏膜IEL大都分布在上皮的基部,少量靠近黏膜上皮的游离面。IEL主要以两种形态存在:约80%IEL为静止状态下的形态;细胞和细胞核呈圆形,细胞与周围的上皮细胞有明显的空隙。约20%IEL为运动状态下的形态,细胞呈不规则形。小肠IEL的数量远比子宫和气管的多;小肠中回肠IEL和固有膜淋巴细胞的数量又比十二指肠和空肠的多。小肠IEL呈运动状态下形态的IEL远多于子宫和气管。其中回肠中大部分IEL呈运动状态下的形态。结论:黏膜IEL来自于固有膜,通过黏膜上皮向腔内方向运动。 Objective:To study the movement of lymphocytes in the mucosal epithelium. Methods: Transmission electron microscopy and histology were used to observe lymphocytes in the mucosal epithelium of intestine,uterus and trachea in pig, goat, horse and rabbit. Results:Most intraepithelial lymphocytes (IEL) were situated in the basal region of the epithelium of small intestine; a few IELs located near the free surface of the epithelium. Two types of IEL existed between the epithelium layers; about 80% IEL were at the resting state with round appearance. The compartment existed between IEL and epithelium; about 20% IEL were at the active state with irregular appearance. The majority of lymphocytes in the lamina propria beneath the epithelium were at active state, some migrated toward the epithelium through the basement membrane. The number of IEL in intestine was more than that in the uterus and trachea. The number of IEL and lymphocytes in the lamina propria of the ileum were more than that of duodenum and jejunum. The number of IEL in the intestine at active state was far more than that in the uterus and trachea. The majority of IEL in ileum were at active state. Conclusion:The IEL between the epithelium of intestine comes from the lamina propria, then migrate to the lumen by passing the epithelium.
