摘要
本文从蚕茧真空渗透工艺处理与系统设备自动控制有机配合的角度,就渗透处理工艺、系统结构、传感器、控制器、执行器等内容的设计,进行了分析和实验。提出了新的系统结构和正确选用各个传感器、电磁阀的设计原则。试验结果麦明,其空渗透时只要假水位设计正确,瞬间复压不会产生渗透块斑。应用小型可编程控制器(PLU),能很好地实现蚕茧真空渗透工艺的程序自动控制,并具有高可靠性。
Basedon coordination of cocoons vacuum infiltration process and equipment system auto control, designs and experiments infiltration process, system structure, sensors, controllers and executors, with a design rule for system structure and selection of sensors and electro-magnetic valves. Experiment results show, with correct design of false water level, momentary pressure will not lead to infiltration marks, and adoption of PLC may achieve auto control of infiltration process with high reliability.
