摘要 核酸切除修复(nucleotide excision repair,NER)是DNA损伤修复的主要途径,包括ERCC1-6、XPC、 XPA等因子。NER基因缺失与肿瘤易感性有关,NER修复能力与肿瘤耐药性有关。本文就NER的研究进展进行综述。 Nucleotide excision repair (NER) system, including ERCC1-6 factors, XPA, and XPC genes, is the principal way in DNA damage repair. NER gene deficiency has close relationship to tumor susceptibility. Its repair capacity is also related to anti-cancer drug resistance. This paper will review the recent progress on study of NER and drug resistance.
