摘要
目的:探讨肥大细胞(mastcell,MC)在人正常子宫内膜和肌层中的变化规律。方法:采用免疫组织化学和图象分析系统,对11例增生期、10例分泌期、9例绝经期子宫组织切片的MC进行测定。结果:人子宫内膜的MC数在增生期和分泌中晚期中明显增多,在分泌早期减少,在绝经期中显著减少。在肌层则未见MC数有周期性改变。结论:MC在子宫内膜呈周期性变化,分泌早期MC数量减少,将有利于胚泡的着床,绝经期MC数量的显著减少。
Aim: To investigate the distribution of the mast cells (MC) in the normal human uterus. Methods: Using immunohistochemistry and image analysis system, mast cells in uterine tissue of proliferative phase (n=11), secretory phase (n=10) and menopausal phase (n=9) were examined. Results: MC number in proliferative phase and middle or late secretory phase was more than that in early secretory phase and menopausal phase, while no cyclic change of MC number was found in the myometrium.Conclusion: The relative reduction of MC number in the early secretory endometrium might benefit to the implantaton of blastocyst. And the significant decrease of MC number in the menopausal endometrium might be related with the high incidence of uterine malignomas in menopausal women.
