摘要
以七八成熟的“玉露”桃果实为试材,研究其采后生理的变化及与之适应的贮运技术.试验结果表明:①“玉露”桃果实采后常温下后熟衰老进程很快,果实组织中的SOD活性急剧下降,果实迅速软化,采后第3天出现乙烯释放高峰,随之果实即达完熟;②3℃贮藏果实,可维持较高的SOD活性,减缓果实软化,减少乙烯释放量并推迟其峰值的出现;③经3℃预冷1-3天后的果实,置于常温下仍能正常后熟并不影响其品质,且后熟进程得以推迟,从而为“玉露”桃的短期低温集结与批量外运提供了技术依据;④采用内有隔板瓦楞纸箱加聚乙烯发泡网套果包装,与传统的竹箩包装相比较,可明显减少运输过程的振动损伤,使果实商品率增加,腐烂率减少,货架寿命延长.
ripe Yu- Lu peach fruits (Prunus persica L)were used to investigate its postharvest physiology and technology of both storage and transport. The results were as follows:①The process of fruit senescence was very fast, SOD activity in fruit decreasing markedly, fruits became soften soon and a peak of ethylene release showed up on the 3rd day at room temperature after harvest. then completely ripened.②Fruits stored at 3 ℃ led to a higher level of SOD activity and firmness,lower ethlene productlon and delay of the occurrence of peak of ethlene pro-duction,③The Yu- Lu fruits pretreated with lower temperature at 3 ℃ for l-3davs could ripened normally at room temperature. The pretreatment manifected no effect on the fruit quality,but caused a delay of ripening process, thus providing the technological foundation for short- term and bulk transportation under lower temperature conditions,④As compared with the traditional bamboo basket package at production site,the peaking of fruits wrapped notably decreased me-chanical injury during transport,increased intact fruit rate, lowered fruit decay rate,and peo-longed its shelf-life with foamed poly-ethylene net and corrugated paper box.
