摘要 本钢采用铁水预处理 1 2 0t转炉吹炼 -LF精炼 4 8t铸锭 80 0轧机流程生产Φ1 50mm的热锻用非调质钢48MnV( % :0 . 42~0 . 47C ,0 .98~1 . 1 8Mn ,0 .0 6~0 . 1 0V ,0. 0 0 8~0 . 0 3 5S ,≤0 . 0 2 5P)。LF精炼时加N -Mn合金调整钢中N含量,吹氩,精炼后喂Si Ca线。经分析,钢材中氢含量( 0 . 6~1. )×1 0 - 6 ,氧含量( 8~1 5)×1 0 - 6 ,氮含量( 1 0. 8~1 4 .9)×1 0 - 6 ,轧材的力学性能为抗张强度σb81 5~880MPa ,屈服强度σs490~587MPa ,延伸率δ5 1 5%~2 1 % ,断面收缩率ψ3 2 %~44 % ,冲击值ak40~54J/cm2 ,满足标准要求。 The Φ150 mm microalloy steel 48MnV (0.42~0.47C, 0.98~1.18Mn, 0.06~0.10V, 0.008~0.035S, ≤0.025P) was produced by the flow sheet: hot metal pretreatment- 120t converter blow melting- LF refining- 4.8t ingot casting- 800 mill rolling for hot forging at Benxi Steel. The nitrogen content in steel was trimmed by adding N-Mn alloy with argon stirring during LF refining, after refining feeding Si-Ca wire. The analysis results showed that hydrogen content in steel was (0.6~1)×10 -6 , oxygen content (8~15)×10 -6 and nitrogen content (108~149)×10 -6 ; The mechanical properties were tensile strength σ b 815~880 MPa, yield strength σ s 490~587 MPa, elongation δ 5 15%~21%, reduction of area ψ 32%~44%, impact value a k 40~54 J/cm 2 to meet the requirement of standard.
