中西医结合治疗创伤性大面积头皮缺损

Integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine for traumatic large scalp defect

目的探讨中西医结合治疗创伤性大面积头皮缺损的效果。方法早期西医方法治疗,中后期完全用中医方法换药、植皮等。结果6例病人均顺利治愈。结论该方法适合于创伤性大面积头皮缺损的治疗,其优点是方法简洁、病程短、痛苦小、费用低、无副作用。

Objective To explore therapeutic effect of traumatic large scalp defect by combining traditional Chinese with western medicine. Methods In initial stage, the patients were treated with western medicine, and then with traditional Chinese medicine, such as changing dressing and herd, and skin grafting. Results All 6 patients were healed. Conclusion Integrated treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine is suitable for traumatic large scalp defect with advantages of simplicity (changing dressing and skin grafting were operated at outpatient department and the surgical instruments may not be sterilized), short course, little pain, low cost and no side-effect.
