复方七芍降压片对自发性高血压大鼠血压及左室肥厚的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨复方七芍降压片降压及逆转左室肥厚(LVH)的作用机制。方法:以10只14周龄WKY大鼠为阴性对照,3 2只14周龄自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)随机分为4组,分别采用尾动脉法测血压、测左心室重量指数(LVMI)、放射免疫法测定血浆及局部心肌血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)。结果:复方七芍降压片能够降低SHR血压、LVMI、血浆及心肌AngⅡ。结论:复方七芍降压片能有效地降低SHR血压及逆转左室肥厚,其作用机制与复方七芍降压片降低心脏局部AngⅡ、抑制体内肾素-血管紧张素系统(RAS)代谢有关。 Objective:To explore the mechanism of lowering blood pressure and inversal effects on left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH)of FuFangQiShaoJiangYaPian(FFQSJYP).Method:10 14-week-old normal Wistar-kyoto(WKY)rats were used as negatived control and 32 14-wook-old spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR)were divided into 4 groups at random,measuring blood pressure(BP)from tail artery and left ventricular mass index(LVMI)and angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ)expression in plasma and left ventricular tissure of SHRs by radioimmunoassay.Results:FFQSJYP can descend the BP,LVMI and Ang Ⅱ expreession in plasma and left ventricular tissure of SHRs.Conclusion:FFQSJYP might effectively descend the BP and reverse the LVH of SHRs.The effect of FFQSJYP on anti-hypertrophy was associated with descending Ang Ⅱ,moreover closely associated with inhibiting the metabolism of rennin-angiotensin system(RAS).
