摘要
扫描电镜观察结果表明中国白菜、日本水菜和芜菁的种皮均呈网状纹饰,可分为基本网纹和次生网纹,中国白菜的次生网纹呈链环状加厚,其中结球白菜欠明显,不结球白菜各类群中的绝大多数品种明显.日本水菜的次生网纹呈链环状不均匀角质加厚.芜菁的次生网纹不明显,基本网纹同中国白菜一样呈清晰网状.甘蓝的种皮纹饰为非链环状不均匀角质加厚的穴坑状.据此,提出中国白菜、日本水菜和芜菁作为芸薹种BrssicacampestrisL.的三个亚种,结球白菜为中国白菜ssp.chinensis的一个变种的建议.
Examined by scanning electron microscope,the seed coats of Chinese cabbage(Brassi-ca campestris L.ssp.chinensis Makino and ssp.pekinensis Olsson)and Japanese water-cabbage(B.japonica Sieb)and turnip(B.campestris L.ssp.rapifera Matzg)show reticulate ornamentation that can be classed into a principle reticulum and a secondary reticulum.The secondary reticulum of Chinese cabbage shows a thicken chain cuticle,that of Chinese cabbaege-heading are less clearer and that of most of the cultivars of Chinese cabbage-non-heading are more clearer,and that of Japanese water-cabbage is irregularly thicken chain cuticle. Turnip has a un-distinct secondary reticulum and its principle reticulum is very clear reticulation like Chinese cabbage.The ornamen-tation of cabbage(B.oleracea L.var.capotata L.)show irregularly thicken non-chain fovelate type.The suggestion that the Chinese cabbage and the Japanese water-cabbge and the turnip are three subspecies of Brassica campestris L.and the Chinese cabbage-heading is a variety of the Chi-nese cabbage(B.campestris ssp.chinensis (L.) Makino)is made in this paper.
