小型箱式香菇烘干机的研制

Design and development of a mini-chest stoving machine for shiitake(Lentinus edodes).

根据我国现有的香菇烘干机的基本结构，以及在使用和生产中发现的问题，经过多次试验，研制成６ＪＨ６０－２Ｔ小型箱式烘干机。该机与国内同容量的烘干机相比，机重减轻４４％，造价降低４５％，燃料消耗降低３８％，电耗降低６３％，现已在实际生产中推广应用。

According to the basic structure designe of existing stoving machines,a new stoving machine, 6JH60-2T,was developed in order to overcome the problems in the shiitake(Lentinus edoeds)drying process. Its performance is an advantage over the same type ones.Its weight decrease 44%,fuel consume 38%, and power consume 63%compared with the equal capacity ones,Its cost was reduced 45%,After repeated experments this machine has been applied in the production.
