摘要
采用凝胶注模成型工艺近净尺寸原位成型了性能优良的臭氧发生器用复合陶瓷基板。该陶瓷材料的介电常数达到80以上,介质损耗<2.5×10-4,击穿电压>16KV/mm,满足了大型臭氧发生器对介电体高介电常数、高击穿电压和低介质损耗的需要。该成型工艺克服了干压、流延成型等工艺对材料性能造成的不利影响。通过实验,确定了大规格超薄复合陶瓷基板的成型、干燥和烧成制度,测定了复合陶瓷基板在不同条件下的各种物理及电性能参数,并采用SEM方法对复合陶瓷基板进行了显微结构分析。实验结果表明:应用凝胶注模成型方法,可以获得高密度、高均匀性和高性能的臭氧发生器用复合陶瓷基板。用此复合材料制造的臭氧发生器在电源频率为30KHz,电压为3000V,电耗为18KW·h/kgO3的情况下,臭氧产量为1000g/h。
In this paper, compound ceramic plate of good property for ozone generator is formed by gel casting process method in situ, a near-net-shape forming process. The dielectric constant of this ceramic material is more than 80, the dielectric loss less than 2.5×10-4, the dielectric breakdown voltage more than 16KV/mm. It meets the need of large-scale ozone generator with high dielectric constant, high dielectric breakdown voltage and low dielectric loss. Such processes as dry pressing, doctor-blade casting and so on have caused some influences which are disadvantageous to material properties. This process can overcome those disadvantages. By some experiments, the molding, drying, and sintering systems of large-scare and super-thin compound ceramic plate are settled, various kinds of physical and electric parameters of compound ceramic plate are mensurated under the different conditions, and the microstructures of the plate are analyzed by means of SEM. The results show that using gel casting process can make compound ceramic plate with high density and good uniformity. The ozone generator can produce ozone at 1000g/h in the conditions of power frequency 30KHz, voltage 3000V, electricity loss 18KW·h/kgO 3 .
