不同浓度电解水喷施对保护地番茄产量与品质的影响 被引量:7

摘要 研究了不同浓度(有效氯浓度)强酸性电解水喷施对春大棚番茄生长发育及产量与品质的影响,结果表明:电解水喷施可有效促进番茄植株生长发育;不同浓度电解水处理均可增加番茄座果数与单果重,其中以中等浓度电解水作用效果最明显;低中浓度电解水可显著增加果实中Vc含量,而高浓度电解水使还原糖含量显著增加,不同浓度电解水处理亦增加了番茄果实中可溶性固形物与有机酸的含量,但差异不显著;番茄喷施适宜的电解水指标为:pH2.35左右、ORP1160mV左右、有效氯浓度30mg/L左右。 The effects of strong acidic electrolyzed water sprays with different concentrations on tomato yields and fruit quality were studied. The results showed that electrolyzed water sprays could promote tomato growth effectively; all electrolyzed water treatments raised the fruit numbers and fruit weight, as the middle concentration treatment had the most remarkable effect; low and middle concentration electrolyzed water could raise the Vc content in fruit significantly as high concentration treatment reducible sugar, and electrolyzed water treatments could raise the soluble solid and organic acid content insignificantly. The optimum acidic electrolyzed water characteristics for tomato spraying should be about: pH 2.35,ORP 1160mv,concentration of available chlorine 30mg/L.
