摘要
农业创新技术成果转化是与时俱进、不断创新过程,必须坚持辩证唯物论的认识论,正确对待技术创新所涉及到的传统观念转变、技术新课题的产生及技术的优点与存在问题,关键在于看准、坚持、不断开拓创新。
Transformation of agricultural novel achievements is a process of keeping pace with the times and innovation, which should insist on the thoughts of dialectic materialism, recognize transformation of traditional ideas correctly encountered with the technological creation and innovation, proposing of novel technique project and advantages and disadvantages of technology. Key lies in having an insight to the problem and persistence and non-stop pioneering and innovation.
