用稀盐酸降低林可霉素药品中B组分的工艺研究

摘要 研究稀盐酸降低林可霉素药品中B组分的新工艺,探讨在恒温、四级萃取条件下稀盐酸浓度对萃取的影响。结果表明,最优工艺方案为稀盐酸浓度0.07%,且稀盐酸与料液操作的体积比不宜大于2∶1。 To study a new process of lowering the content of lincomycin-B component with dilute hydrochloric acid. In the constant temperature and in the four stage extraction, experiments showed that the concentration of hydrochloric acid influenced the content of lincomycin B component, and the optimum concentration of hydrochloric acid was 0.07%, and the ratio of hydrochloric acid volume to feed-in volume was 2 to 1.
