抗结核药物的研究进展和发展趋势 被引量:17

摘要 结核病是除AIDS外引起死亡最高的感染性疾病,严峻的结核病回升形势要求加速新型抗结核药物的研究开发。缩短疗程,提高MDR-TB疗效及对结核潜伏感染(LTBI)提供更有效的治疗是开发新抗结核药物要实现的目标。口恶唑烷酮类、硝基咪唑并吡喃类等药物是近年发现的新药,利用功能基因组学,蛋白质组学等加速药物筛选、有效传递药物至靶位的药物载体、联合抗结核药物的免疫辅助治疗剂等也是抗结核病药物的发展趋势。
