摘要
描述了分子标记-数量性状基因座位(QTL)之间重组率的矩估计法和最大似然估计法,两种方法都考虑了QTL基因型间数量性状方差的同质性和异质性。MonteCarlo模拟表明,采用最大似然法能比矩估计法获得更为准确的重组率估计值,标记-QTL之间的松驰连锁通常与重组率及有关参数估值的偏倚有关,将LOD值与似然比检验相结合,为重组率估值及连锁强度的相互比较提供了有效的方法。
Moment and maximum likelihood methods were described to estimate the recombi- nant fraction between a molecular marker and a quantitative trait locus (QTL)with both homoge-nous and heterogenous variances of quantitative traits among QTL genotypes. Monte Carlo simula-tion resuits indicated that maximum likelihood algorithm provides more accurate estimates of re-combinant fraction than the moment solutions,and the based estimates of recombinant fraction and other parameters were usually associated with loose marker-QTL linkage;A powerful method was suggested for comparison of linkage intensity among different marker-QTL combinations,by LOD scores with likelihood ratio test.
