摘要
在强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化剂存在下,以乙酰丙酸、正丁醇为原料合成乙酰丙酸丁酯,分别研究了反应温度、反应时间、原料配比、催化剂用量等条件对合成反应的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件。其最佳工艺条件是:反应温度为100 ̄105℃,反应时间3h,n(乙酰丙酸)∶n(正丁醇)=0.15∶0.195;带水剂环己烷为15mL(乙酰丙酸为0.15mol的情况下);强酸性阳离子交换树脂用量为总物料质量的4.0%。乙酰丙酸丁酯的收率可达到90.65%,产品纯度w(乙酰丙酸丁酯)=98.0%以上。
The strongly acidic cation exchange resin of styrene system catalyzed synthesis of butyl acetylpropanoate by the reaction of acetylpropanoate and n-butyl alcohol was studied.The effect of reaction temperature,reaction time,materials ratio,the amounts of catalyst on the synthesis were studied,and the proper technological conditions were given as follows:reaction temperature is 100~105℃, reaction time is 3h;mol(acetylpropanoate) : mol(n-butyl alcohol)=0.15:0.195; the tailing water reagent(cyclohexane) is 15mL(when acetyl propionic acid is 0.15mol);the amount of strongly acidic cation exchange resin of styrene system is 4.0%(based on total mass of materiel).The yield of butyl acetylpropanoate can reach 90.65%.Purity of the fraction is w( butyl acetylpropanoate)=98.0%.
