摘要 绩效管理越来越受到关注,已成为企业管理界讨论的一个热点,在西方经济发达的国家中,经历多年的实践和理论探索,绩效管理正成为一门比较成熟的管理学科,国外大量成功的实证案例也证明了绩效管理在企业管理上的价值和作用。绩效管理是一种经理与员工之间就工作职责和提高工作绩效问题持续进行的沟通过程,绩效管理是一个系统,是整个企业管理系统中的一个小系统,绩效管理同企业战略计划、预算、员工发展、激励制度、创新体系、质保体系建设系统等均相关联。而绩效管理同其他管理过程的联系越多,其产生的收益也就越大。现代企业要实现管理提升,增强竞争力,就必须真正从单一的绩效考核走向绩效管理,并根据自身的特点,通过组织构架重建,流程再造,选择匹配绩效考核、评价方法和激励机制,实现绩效管理的目的。 More and more attentions are paid to the performance management which becomes a hot discussing point of the enterprise managers.In the western developed countries,undergoing years of practice and theory exploring,the performance management is becoming a mature management subject.Many successful cases of foreign countries proved the value and the function of the performance management in the enterprise management.The performance management is a kind of continued connecting process course on the working duty and upgrading working performance between the managers and the employees.The performance management is a system.It is a small system in the whole enterprise management system.The performance management is connected with the enterprise strategy plan,budget,emplyee developing,encouragement system,new trials blazing system,quality keeping system and construction system.The more connections the performance management has with other managements,the more benefit comes,If the modern enterprise needs to achieve management upgrade and increasing competition,it should really go from simple performance examination to performance management and realize the target of performance management by reconstructing organization structure and process,choosing match performance examination,assessment way and encouragement system.
