氩激光联合Nd:YAG激光治疗原发性闭角型青光眼

Combined Application of Argon and Nd: YAG Lasers in Treatment of Primary Angle-Closure Glaueoma

目的探讨氩激光联合Nd:YAG激光治疗原发性闭角型青光眼的效果。方法原发性闭角型青光眼123例152眼,随机分成2组。联合激光组用氩激光及Nd:YAG激光对63例78眼进行虹膜周边切开术;Nd:YAG激光组采用Nd:YAG激光对60例74眼行虹膜周边切开术。结果联合激光组一次虹膜穿孔成功100%,Nd:YAG激光组一次虹膜穿孔成功66.21%。联合激光组术中术后并发症较Nd:YAG激光组明显减少。结论氩激光联合Nd:YAG激光治疗原发性闭角型青光眼安全有效、简单易行、并发症少。

Objective To approach the applied value of argon and Nd : YAG lasers in treatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma( ACG) . Methods 123 cases (152 eyes) of primary angle-closure glaucoma is divided into 2 groups at random. In group one (63 cases,78 eyes) peripheral iridectomy is operated with argon and Nd: YAG lasers. In group two (60 cases,74 eyes) peripheral iridectomy is performed with only Nd : YAG laser. Results After treatments, patients'visual acuity, depth of peripheral anterior chamber angle and intraocular pressure have been obviously improved ( P < 0. 01) . 100% in the argon and Nd: YAG laser group have perforated, while only 66. 21 % in the single Nd: YAG laser group succeeded. And fewer patients in the argon and Nd: YAG laser group have a relapse. Conclusions Combined application of argon and Nd : YAG lasers is easy to operate. And the treatment is safe and effective. Fewer patients have a relapse. Therefore,it is the first choice in the treatment of the primary ACG.
