乳突丽藻(Nitella papillata)的核型分析

本文以乳突丽藻(NitellapapillataHanetalW.Q.Chen)雄配子体的藏精器为材料,观察了乳突丽藻的核型.其染色体基数n=9,分裂间期细胞核的直径变化范围是11.0～13.5μm,染色体长度介于1.83～4.82μm之间,宽度为0.87μm.第9条和其他8条在相对长度和着丝粒的位置上有较大差异,其核型公式为n=x=8m+T.

This paper reports the chromosome number and karyotype of genus Nitella papillata. Chen. The chromosome number isn=9.The diameter of Interphase nuclear ranges from 11.0μm to 13.5μm and the length of chromosome from 1.83μm to 4.82μm.The width of chromosome is 0.87μm. The ninth chromosome is dramatically different with others in relative length, as well as in position of centromericdot. The karyotype is n=x=8m+T.
