东鞍山烧结矿合理碱度的研究

Research on Reasonable Alkalinity of Sinter in Dong Anshan Sintering Plant

烧结矿的碱度对烧结矿产量、质量、冶金性能等有重要影响 ,是炼铁生产的重要参数。针对东鞍山烧结厂铁精矿的烧结特性 ,进行了不同烧结矿碱度的烧结实验 ,分析了其对烧结矿产量和质量指标的影响。

The alkalinity of sinter has important effects on production,quality and metallurgical properties of the sinter,and is also a key parameter for ironmaking production. Based on the characters of the iron concentrate in Dong Anshan Sintering Plant,a series of sintering tests on different sinter alkalinity have been done,the influences of it on sinter production and quality indexes are analyzed.
