摘要
针对鞍钢冷轧厂冷轧辊抛丸机叶片使用寿命低的问题 ,研制了一种多元合金化高铬铸铁叶片材料。实际应用证明 ,该材料能够满足叶片的使用要求 ,平均使用寿命达到 2 46h。
A material of high chromium cast iron with multi-elemental alloying is developed in view of the short service life of shot blast machine blade for cold roll in Angang Cold Rolled Strip Plant.The practical application proves that the material can meet the requirement of the blade using,and its average service life can reach 246h.
