大型预焙铝电解槽早期破损初探

Study on Forepart Dilapidation of Prebaked Aluminium Electrobath

就大型预焙铝电解槽早期破损这一现象,结合近几年投产的部分铝厂尤其是连城铝业电解新系列启动的经验进行了分析,指出筑炉材料和筑炉质量、焙烧启动制度以及焙烧启动过程的管理是造成早期破损的主要原因,并针对这一现象提出了应对措施。

The phenomenon of forepart dilapidation of prebaked aluminium electrobath has been analyzed based on the successfully startup experiment in some plants, especially in Lanzhou Liancheng Aluminium Compony. The main factors are: furnace building materials and quality, roasting and startup process and management. The solutions are also put forward.
