摘要 某含砷、碳的砷金矿、原矿焙砂以及氰化浸渣的物质组成研究表明,金在原矿中呈不可见-不可直接浸出的形式存在,该矿石属"难处理金矿石"。矿石焙烧后,其中所载的不可见金转化为可氰化浸出的不可见微粒金。浸渣中赤铁矿和脉石载金是构成渣中Au损失的2种主要因素。针对该砷金矿特点,采用原矿焙烧工艺流程提金,试验结果表明,砷金矿通过氧化焙烧-氰化浸出,金的浸出回收率大于80%。 The characteristics of arsenic and carbonic bearing gold ores,the calcine and the leaching residues are studied. The results indicate gold in ores exists as submicroscopic or 'invisible' inclusions, and making it refractory to cyanide leaching directly. Gold is presented as 'invisible' in the calcine also, but it could be cyanide leaching. The process of whole ore roasting and then cyanide leaching has been used based on this gold ore's characteristics, and the results show that gold extraction recovery rate is larger than 80% by using this process.
