摘要
介绍110kt/a硫酸系统LD型电除尘器的结构、运行和改进情况。通过对烟气温度超温、烟气成分失控、电场压力变化等工艺条件对电收尘器的影响进行了分析和针对性的控制,并根据实际情况对部分设备进行了改进,确保了电收尘器的送电时率,收尘效率大于99%,出口含尘量小于200mg/m3,完全满足了系统稀酸洗净化工艺的需要。
The structure, operation and improvement of 110kt/a LD electrical dust collector in sulfate system is introduced. The effects of parameters such as temperature and components of waste gas, pressure variety of electric field on the electrical dust collector are analyzed and controlled, so the electricity transfer rate is insured and the dust collecting efficiency is larger than 99%, and the dust containing in outlet waste gas is smaller than 200mg/m^3.
